RCM&D offers a life insurance policy plus an accidental death and dismemberment policy in an amount equal to one times your annual salary (up to $75,000), at no cost to the employee. Additional insurance up to 4X your annual salary may be purchased, to a maximum insurance amount (base plus supplemental) of $500,000. You are also eligible to purchase coverage for your spouse and/or child(ren). The life insurance benefit is portable, and can be converted to a policy paid entirely by you when you are no longer employed by RCM&D.
