Thomas P. Healy
Vice Chairman - Administration

As Vice Chairman and EVP, Mr. Healy oversees RCM&D’s Institutional Healthcare, Personal Accounts, Human Resources, and Administrative Services areas. He is also the Director of RCM&D and RCM&D Self-Insured Services Company, Inc. His extensive experience enables him to deliver outstanding account executive services to a variety of large commercial, institutional and healthcare accounts, including development of self-insured and captive funding programs. Mr. Healy joined RCM&D in 1972 after working in the health care field and with a large insurance carrier.

Mr. Healy holds numerous board memberships, including the National Kidney Foundation-Maryland, College of Notre Dame of Maryland and Roland Park Country School. He is also a member of the Development Committee of St. Mary's Seminary and University.

Mr. Healy is a graduate of Fordham University with a Bachelor of Science Degree.
