Craig S. Horner
Chief Financial Officer and Treasurer

As CFO and Treasurer, Mr. Horner is responsible for the finance, treasury, accounting and tax compliance and planning for RCM&D and its affiliated entities. He has been with RCM&D since 1995 and also serves as financial liaison for several captive insurance companies, including the MHA and MANPHA/HFAM Worker’s Compensation Trust’s and the Aegis Healthcare Risk Retention Group.

Prior to joining RCM&D, Mr. Horner was a manager on the Financial Services Team for PricewaterhouseCoopers (formerly Coopers & Lybrand), providing audit and consulting services to the insurance and banking industries.

Mr. Horner is active in the community, serving as a board member and former Chairman of the Board of Keswick Multi-Care. He is the current Treasurer and board member of the Keswick Foundation, and also serves on the Finance Committee of the United Way of Central Maryland and is a member of the Rector’s Council at Christ the King Church in Towson. He is a member and past President of the Baltimore Chapter of Financial Executives International, and is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, and the Healthcare Financial Managers Association.

Mr. Horner is a graduate of the University of Baltimore with a Bachelor of Science degree. He is also a Certified Public Accountant.
