Timothy O. Wiechers, JD
Chief Administrative Officer

As Senior Vice President and Chief Administrative Officer, Mr. Wiechers leads the firm's administrative areas, including Facilities, Human Resources and Information Technology.

Mr. Wiechers brings more than 20 years experience in the insurance industry that includes claims management, account management, marketing and insurance company and agency operations.  Prior to joining RCM&D, he served as both President of a specialty insurance agency and an Ohio-based insurance company.

Mr. Wiechers is active in the community by volunteering for fund raising activities for the American Cancer Society and the American Heart Association. He currently is Chairman of the Personnel Committee for Lord of Life Lutheran Church and also served as a past president of its Congregational Council.  Mr. Wiechers is also active in physician addiction treatment and serves as a Trustee of Ohio Physicians Health Program.

Mr. Wiechers is a graduate of Capital University in Columbus, Ohio where he received both his Juris Doctor and undergraduate degree.
