Health Care Flexible Spending Account

Employees who consistently work 30 hours or more per week, are eligible to participate in the Health Care Flexible Spending Account (FSA). Our FSA gives you the opportunity to set aside part of your salary, on a pre-tax basis (before Federal Income and Social Security, State and Medicare taxes are applied), to fund anticipated out-of-pocket medical expenses not covered by insurance.  Participation in the FSA is completely voluntary, and you can decide from year to year whether it makes sense for you to participate. Each year, you will need to decide how much to contribute to your spending account, up to the plan limit.
