RCM&D makes medical and dental insurance available to employees who consistently work 30 hours or more per week; employees are eligible as of the first day of the month following 30 days of employment. The Company offers all eligible employees three choices of health insurance through Aetna. RCM&D assumes a portion of the yearly cost for your health insurance. Your portion is divided into equal payments and collected through payroll deduction on a pre-tax basis.
