Our Loss Control Specialist is an RN, JD, who works with our clients to mitigate and control losses through contractual review (i.e. Informed Consents, Trial Protocols, and Collaboration Agreements) from a risk management standpoint. She works within the team to make sure that the things you are agreeing to are backed up with the appropriate coverage and/or other means of mitigation.

In the event of a loss, she works as your advocate with the insurance company. Her responsibility is to keep the lines of communication open and standing by you through coverage determination, settlement negotiations and defense counsel selection.
