During the open enrollment process we assist with coordinating the meetings, ensuring appropriate support from the carriers and vendors. We also help many clients plan and execute health fairs, a key component of their efforts to improve the health of their workforce. With more employers adopting the objective of building a healthier workforce, we encourage our clients to develop an annual communications calendar, pulling together the key components of open enrollment, health fair, and issuance of a total compensation statement.
