The Cayman Captive Forum 2013 will be held at The Ritz-Carlton, Grand Cayman from Tuesday, December 3rd to Thursday, December 5th and include an informative series of panelists and speakers. RCM&D’s and Dana Cary will participate in a panel discussion regarding the place in a captive for Employer Medical Stop Loss. They will discuss the many ways captives have been used to provide stop loss coverage for employee health plans. They will also explore the pros and cons of the various approaches and the business case for accepting this type of risk at various limits – or not at all.
