Christina Childs is a consultant in RCM&D’s risk consulting services division. She joined RCM&D in 2009 and specializes in delivering comprehensive risk management programs for her clients. With nearly 9 years of experience in the industry, Christina’s expertise and keen analytical sense enables her to understand the complexities of an organization’s risk profile and implement effective solutions to mitigate those risks.
In her position, Christina is responsible for project-based assignments to meet client’s needs, including producing and implementing client safety marketing programs, evaluating audit technology solutions and overseeing ERM risk heat map technology. Her effective communication skills and attention to detail help her to conduct risk assessment interviews that produce valuable insights used to develop detailed reports and effective risk management recommendations.
Regardless of the industry, Christina works with clients to perform expert organizational safety assessments and inspections. These interviews help identify applicable best practices and areas for improvements compared to known standards. Christina helped to develop the Enterprise Risk Management service line at RCM&D and was the lead on the implementation and production of the higher education and healthcare ERM benchmark studies.
Prior to her promotion to Risk Consultant, Christina joined RCM&D’s risk consulting services division as a Risk Coordinator, transitioning from her previous position of Marketing Coordinator.
