Debi Rock leverages over 30 years of experience as the Director of RCM&D’s Special Risk Division. In this role, Debi oversees the development, management, and servicing of the special risk accident and health insurance plans for various clients, focusing on healthcare, higher education, and service providers. These solutions include student health, intercollegiate sports, global medical, club and intramural, and travel accident programs.
Before taking on her current role, Debi served as a Client Service Team Leader and Senior Client Executive for RCM&D, specializing in health and welfare plans. She helped clients develop and implement benefits programs and strategies that meet their financial and employee engagement objectives working extensively with both human resources and finance.
Debi began her career in employee benefits in 1987. As a former senior account executive with a leading national insurance carrier, her responsibilities included sales and account management for large national employer groups. Debi also formed a company focused on providing enrollment and educational meetings for various employee benefit programs.
