Deirdre joined RCM&D in July 2023 as an Employee Benefits Producer and Account Executive. With a passion for cultivating solutions in the realm of employee benefits, Deirdre brings a wealth of expertise and an innate understanding of the intricate dynamics that drive this landscape.

In her current role, Deirdre seeks to assist employers with self-funding, stop-loss, captives, and consortiums, employee wellness, employee retention, pharmacy benefit transparency and cost-containment, and employee advocacy within the healthcare system. Deirdre uses a combination of sales, relationship management, and strategic consulting to provide organizations with comprehensive employee benefits packages that align with their needs and goals.

With the profound belief in the power of personalized engagement, Deirdre champions a diplomatic communication style that bridges gaps and finds common ground. This allows her to provide tailored solutions that cater to the needs and priorities of various parties by fostering positive working relationships.

Prior to joining RCM&D, Deirdre served as an Employee Benefits Advisor at PSA Insurance & Financial Services and a Client Manager at Employee Benefit Services of Maryland.
