Eric joined the RCM&D team in 2016, bringing a great deal of experience to the Employee Benefits Division. For more than 16 years, Eric has provided client-focused strategic solutions.
As a senior member of RCM&D’s Employee Benefits team, Eric works to introduce cutting edge solutions with the goal of providing the highest level of client satisfaction. He provides a wide range of strategic services, including designing and implementing new plan options, overseeing day-to-day administration, and delivering ongoing financial analysis.
Eric’s unique approach centers around his clients, always striving to “make it all about them.” He works as a collaborative partner to ensure that each client’s employee benefits programs are properly developed and executed, and that each program meets its objectives. He continuously works with customers and the insurance marketplace to provide innovative solutions and cost containment strategies to the forefront.
In his role as Senior Sales Executive, Eric helps to lead and develop new and existing opportunities in the Northeast region. He works with self-funded and fully-insured clients across a wide range of industries. Prior to joining RCM&D, Eric gained a great deal of experience working at Wells Fargo Insurance Services.
In addition to his corporate responsibilities, Eric is active in the employee benefits industry and within his community. He is focused on giving back to the community as shown through his active involvement with various organizations and charities.
Eric earned his Bachelor of Arts degrees from the University of Pittsburgh. He holds Life and Accident and Health licenses in more than 25 states and Property and Casualty Licenses in more than 15 states.
