Hossay Mattin

Hossay brings a wealth of surety experience to RCM&D and currently serves as the firm’s Surety Division Director. Throughout her career, she has worked extensively on both the carrier and brokerage sides of the business in the construction and commercial arenas.

Hossay excels at strategically marketing and negotiating surety programs for clients with a wide range of needs, as well as providing overall holistic and ongoing program management. In her current role, she manages the overall strategy of RCM&D’s Surety Division, including sales, service, and marketing to ensure high levels of service, the most competitive bond programs for clients, and significant strategic business advice. Hossay’s wealth of knowledge and experience is a valued resource to her clients and to the entire RCM&D team.

Hossay began her career more than 20 years ago at USF&G Corporation/St. Paul Fire and Marine, where she held multiple positions progressing from underwriter to manager of the Underwriting Practice, ultimately managing $80 million in construction surety business. She was also an account executive/officer at Travelers where she managed and underwrote Fortune 100 and 500 companies and commercial contract businesses. Prior to joining RCM&D in 2008, Hossay was a Senior Account Executive at Allied North America’s Washington, DC office.
