Lorie Mathews

Client Executive

In her role as a client executive, Lorie draws on over 20 years of experience in the sales, service and negotiation of commercial insurance programs for risk management and middle market property and casualty accounts.  Currently, Lorie is responsible for the sales and service of a variety of specialized risks, including education, construction, manufacturing, hospitality, and real estate.

Prior to joining RCM&D, Lorie started her career as a commercial claims adjuster with Liberty Mutual Group in Cincinnati. She was promoted to a senior claims adjuster and subsequently transferred to the business sales department where she was employed as a producer for new business development of guaranteed cost and loss sensitive programs for risk management accounts. In this role, Lorie specialized in accounts generating annual premiums of $400,000 - $2,500,000. After spending seven years with the direct writer, she left to pursue opportunities as an insurance broker/producer with a regional brokerage firm in Pittsburgh. She moved to Baltimore in 2002 when she joined RCM&D.
