Robert “Bo” Brabo, SPHR, PMP

Robert “Bo” Brabo joined RCM&D in 2021 and currently serves as a Client Advisor. Bringing 30 plus years of industry experience, Bo helps generate sales primarily within the firm’s Employee Benefits division.

In his current role, Bo works to generate new sales leads while staying abreast of the needs of all prospects. Working within all divisions across RCM&D and specializing in employee benefits, Bo works to expand business opportunities and create new value-added services.

Bo has received his Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) and Project Management Professional (PMP) designations. He is also the author of “From the Battlefield to the White House to the Boardroom…Leading Organizations to Values Based Results,” an Amazon Top 100 Hot New Release in the category of Business Leadership.

Before joining RCM&D, Bo spent time in various human resources positions, giving him a unique perspective in the employee benefits space.
