With over 30 years of experience in healthcare and employee benefits, Tracie Canby currently serves as the Director of RCM&D’s Health & Welfare Division. In this role. Tracie provides strategic direction and offers innovative insight for our employee benefits teams. She ensures collaborative, customized solutions and resources are provided to support our current clients while building new client relationships as well.
Tracie utilizes her expertise in data analytics and strategic planning to develop and implement strategies that manage business costs while supporting a healthy workforce. With specialized knowledge of large and complex organizations, she is able to provide companies with the key concepts and innovative strategies necessary to manage sustainable health and welfare programs that align with their business objectives.
Tracie is also proficient in implementing customized solutions and crafting niche programs. By creating tailored programs for her clients, she helps them remain responsive and flexible as the dynamic employee benefits landscape continues to change. Tracie collaborates directly with her clients to create unique programs that meet all of today’s challenges, including healthcare reform, compliance and employee wellness.
Before taking on her current role, Tracie served as a Client Service Team Leader and Senior Client Executive for RCM&D, specializing in health and welfare plans. She helped clients develop and implement benefits programs and strategies that meet their financial and employee engagement objectives working extensively with both human resources and finance.
