Seminar | American Subcontractors Association of Baltimore's "Negotiating General Contractor Contract Revisions"
The American Subcontractors Association (ASA) of Baltimore is happy to have Bruce E. Kauffman, a leading construction attorney in Maryland, lead a "mock" subcontractor negotiation with a general contractor.
Bruce will present practical advice for the subcontractor on how to be effective when negotiating with a general contractor to revise contract provisions that shift an unfair amount of risk to the subcontractor. This program will provide subcontractors with essential strategies to be successful in negotiating contract provisions such as flow down, payment, scheduling, and delay damages. When these strategies are implemented correctly, the subcontractor will secure a reasonable allocation of the risk between the subcontractor and general contractor in the performance of the subcontractor's work.
