RCM&D and Marshall Dennehey are hosting a complimentary Senior Care Summit on Friday, April 6 at the Woodlands Resort in Wilkes-Barre. Join us for a discussion focused on strategies for managing risks and claims in the senior care arena. Topics include:

The program has been approved by the Pennsylvania State Board of Nursing Home Administrators for three hours of continuing education credits. Brunch will be served.

The combination of uncertainty in our nations’ healthcare delivery system fueled by the growing population of seniors creates the perfect opportunity to reevaluate how we identify and manage risks in our organizations. The traditional risk management model is no longer adequate. This session will introduce senior care leaders and executives to the idea and concepts of Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) in ageing services. This decision making model supported by industry experts goes beyond the traditional RM and addresses risk in eight enterprise-wide domains of risk.
