Every day on the news we see natural and man-made disasters impacting people all over the United States. Wild fires have been ravaging homes along the west coast and hurricanes have been threatening homes and businesses in the east. With winter approaching, we anticipate ice and snow storms that will interrupt travel and disrupt electrical and heat services in many parts of the nation. Mass shootings are occurring in public places, including many work environments at alarming rates.
