Clients are provided with a dedicated, centralized three person team to provide tailored service and management for your programs, bonds and billing. We are responsive to you and your unique situations and deliver a streamlined experience.

Utilizing a leading web-based surety bond processing and online management system, SurePath, clients
have access to an easy to use interface to request bonds, report bid results, track outstanding liability,
submit eBid Bond verification, correspond with our team and carriers as well as securely store documents
and confidential information.

Stewardship meetings are arranged each quarter bringing together all teams to review recent and new
projects, discuss marketplace outlook and trends, and surety capacity. Throughout the year, RCM&D
presents a variety of networking and learning opportunities.
