As February 1 quickly approaches, don’t forget to post your OSHA 300A Summary sheet!, This is a mandatory requirement of OSHA’s recordkeeping regulation (29 CFR 1904), stating that employers with more than ten employees and whose establishments are not classified as a partially exempt industry are required to record work-related injuries and illnesses using OSHA Forms 300, 300A and 301. The form summarizes work-related injuries and illnesses recorded in 2013 and must remain posted through April 30. Your organization can incur a citation and fine if you do not comply with these regulations.
