RCM&D clients are encouraged to report all routine Workers’ Compensation (WC), Automobile Liability (AL), General Liability (GL), and Property claims directly to their insurance carrier to ensure accurate, timely submission. For guidance on reporting claims to your insurance carrier, please refer to the RCM&D Claim Reporting Manual provided to your organization.
