Back on Deck Regatta Logo

A strong commitment to the communities we serve is at the heart of RCM&D’s corporate culture. Each year, we select regional, deserving nonprofits as the beneficiaries of our year-long fundraising and volunteer efforts. This year's beneficiaries include Camp Rock, Empower4LifeMartha's Table, Mt. Washington Pediatric Hospital and World Central Kitchen

The culmination of those efforts is celebrated at our annual Regatta, a waterfront celebration held on Baltimore’s scenic Inner Harbor. This year, we are excited to be “back on deck” after a two year hiatus. We look forward to bringing together our employees, business partners, and corporate sponsors for the opportunity to learn how to sail, participate in the race, and meet with the beneficiaries and those they serve.

You can read more about this year's beneficiaries, as well as ways to sponsor the Regatta in the sponsorship brochure below.

A Unique Kind of Fundraiser

“The Regatta is a unique kind of fundraiser,” stated Katie Caple, Regatta Committee Chair and Vice President of Corporate Outreach for RCM&D.  “From donations to advocacy and volunteering, our employees and business associates establish meaningful, continuing partnerships with all the beneficiaries. These relationships often last long after the year has passed.”
