A strong commitment to the communities we serve is at the heart of RCM&D’s corporate culture. Each year, we select regional, deserving nonprofits as the beneficiaries of our year-long fundraising and volunteer efforts. The Regatta will take place on Friday, September 20, 2024 at the Downtown Sailing Center in Baltimore, Maryland.

The Brandon Tolson Foundation supports families facing the sudden loss of a child with financial aid, fundraising, therapy and community engagement, honoring Brandon’s legacy of “Don’t Waste Your Life.”
Promoting independence and permanency, DePaul Community Resources empowers families through foster care, adoption and counseling. DePaul also promotes growth and social inclusion through residential homes and day support for individuals with developmental disabilities.
Echo Hill Outdoor School fosters growth and freedom in safe, fun outdoor experiences, empowering individuals by cultivating curiosity, self-esteem and environmental awareness through hands-on learning and continuous curriculum evaluation.
First Fruits Farm is a nonprofit Christian ministry dedicated to providing fresh, nutritious food for the hungry through volunteer service and community partnerships.
Helping Up Mission offers holistic support to those battling homelessness and addiction, guiding them towards recovery, self-sufficiency and restored relationships within the Greater Baltimore community.
