Fulfilling Your Fiduciary Responsibility to Avoid Costly Lawsuits

When was the last time your institution had an independent third party review or your retirement plan?  Part of a plan sponsor’s fiduciary responsibility is to have the retirement plan reviewed regularly (every 2-3 years) to ensure the participants best interests are being provided for.  RCM&D works with more higher education institutions in the Mid-Atlantic region than anyone else and our Retirement Consulting Division offers free retirement plan reviews with a written report so you have it on file should a potential lawsuit ever arise.  To learn more, contact me at 484.581.2813 or wskene@rcmd.com.
