Ivy League Considers Banning Tackling During Practice

More than half of all concussions reported by the NCAA during the 2012 and 2013 seasons occurred during practice, not games.  In an effort to protect student athletes and reduce concussions, Ivy League football coaches have voted to ban tackling during regular season football practices.
