We addressed some of the most common benefit compliance questions we helped employers work through in 2025. The topics ranged from everyday compliance issues (e.g., mid-year election changes) that continued to cause confusion, to struggles with how to comply with recent additions or changes to compliance requirements in accordance with the ever-changing laws and regulations.
