This month’s webinar offered practical advice to help employers determine full-time status and ensure compliance with benefit eligibility requirements. We covered the differences in requirements for small employers versus applicable large employers as well as for different types of benefits. We explained the monthly measurement method versus the look-back measurement method and the break in service rules for leaves of absence and rehires. Examples were provided to help employers manage different types of common employee positions.
