BALTIMORE, MD– Albert “Skip” Counselman, Chairman and CEO of RCM&D was elected to the Board of Directors of the Greater Baltimore Committee (GBC) at the 63rd Annual GBC Meeting held on Monday, May 14, 2018 at the Hyatt Regency Baltimore Inner Harbor.
RCM&D has long supported the GBC and its mission to promote economic growth, job creation, workforce development, transportation and increased quality of life throughout the region. Skip began his involvement with the GBC in 1985. He is a graduate of the Leadership Program, served six years on the President’s Advisory Committee and recently served a three-year term as chairman of the Healthcare Committee.
Skip commented, “I look forward to working with the GBC to improve opportunities and lives of individuals, families and employees residing in central Maryland by promoting and sustaining community and business participation in governmental decision making. Our first priority is citizen safety, followed closely by improving education, assuring access to appropriate healthcare and improving the transportation infrastructure.”
