BALTIMORE, MD – May 29, 2025 – RCM&D, one of the nation’s largest independent risk management, insurance and employee benefits firms and a founding partner of Unison Risk Advisors, has announced the acquisition of QM Services, a Pennsylvania-based student health insurance firm, founded in 1992.
The deal officially closed on May 1, 2025. QM Services’ colleagues will continue to serve their clients offering the expanded resources of RCM&D including property & casualty insurance, employee benefits, retirement plan services, life insurance, risk & claim consulting, third party administration, and more.
