For the 26th consecutive year, RCM&D has earned the annual E&O Plus Quality Management Award. This elite award requires compliance in multiple categories across all of the firm’s divisions and includes professional development, employment satisfaction, workflow, client service and more. Quality management is embraced across the entire firm as part of all client servicing and operational best practices.

The E&O Plus program was created in 1986 for growing agencies that insure complex risks and is endorsed by Assurex Global and The Council of Insurance Agents & Brokers (CIAB). Currently, the program consists of approximately 40 large, independent agencies and brokers based in the United States. The program provides RCM&D with a comprehensive approach to operational efficiency allowing for the delivery of exceptional client services.
