(BALTIMORE, MD) – RCM&D, a leading independent risk management, insurance and employee benefits firm, has announced the opening of a new office location in Baltimore City.
While RCM&D’s headquarters will remain in Baltimore County, the firm is thrilled to increase its presence and commitment in the Baltimore City region. The new office is nestled within the vibrant neighborhood of Locust Point at McHenry Row. “We are excited to have an office space in the City,” said Bob Cawley, RCM&D Chief Executive Officer. “This location marks the firm’s first return to the City since 1986.”
In evaluating office space post-pandemic, the firm focused on finding a convenient location that would get employees excited to be back with their colleagues. “An office in Locust Point allows us to offer better commuting options for our colleagues with some even able to walk to the office,” explained Matt Kahn, RCM&D President. “There is great energy in the space and folks are eager to be in a new office, with modern space that allows for in-person collaboration. The beer tap and shuffleboard table are also a nice perk.”
In addition, Locust Point presents a myriad of retail and dining amenities, creating an ideal backdrop for fostering employee camaraderie and hosting memorable client gatherings. RCM&D looks forward to hosting an open house for employees and clients later in the year to celebrate the new office and all that Baltimore City has to offer.
