(BALTIMORE, MD) – RCM&D is proud to introduce the beneficiaries for its 29th annual Regatta, the firm’s largest annual philanthropic effort.
RCM&D will hold its annual event, including a sailboat race and fundraising celebration, on September 20, 2024 to benefit five deserving mid-Atlantic nonprofits. The event will be held at the Baltimore Museum of Industry/Downtown Sailing Center located on the Inner Harbor at 1425 Key Highway. The beneficiaries being recognized at the 29th Annual Regatta are the Brandon Tolson Foundation, DePaul Community Resources, Echo Hill Outdoor School, First Fruits Farm and Helping Up Mission.
“Our annual Regatta is emblematic of our passion for both philanthropy and community,” expresses Matt Kahn, President of RCM&D. “Throughout the year, our employees are actively engaged with our beneficiaries, learning about their impacts and cultivating meaningful connections built on shared values. We are devoted to spreading awareness of these extraordinary organizations and putting on an event to remember year after year.”
Guests are invited to attend the event, which is scheduled from 12:30 pm to 4:00 pm. The sailboat races begin at 1:00 pm and the awards ceremony will begin at 3:00 pm, during which, RCM&D leadership will commemorate race winners and sponsors and present the funds raised to the beneficiaries.
“The Regatta is regarded as one of our most beloved events by our staff and surrounding community. It is a fundamental pillar to the foundation of RCM&D,” proclaims Katie Caple, RCM&D Vice President of Corporate Outreach. “We are eager to celebrate again this September and look forward to continuing to strive for a bright future for our community and beyond.”
