Abby Zarconi joined the firm in 2025 as a Client Service Representative in the Commercial Lines division, bringing over a decade of experience in the insurance industry and a strong focus on customer service. She specializes in supporting clients within the education sector, leveraging her broad industry background to deliver tailored insurance solutions.

In her current role, Abby collaborates closely with her team to address the unique needs of education clients, applying her deep understanding of foundational insurance coverages across various industries including Non-profit, Entertainment, Transportation, Real Estate, Construction and Law Firms. Her commitment to exceptional service and her people-first approach allow her to build strong relationships and deliver responsive, thoughtful support to clients with complex insurance needs.

Prior to joining the team, Abby served as an Account Manager at Gallagher and an Associate Account Executive at Marsh & McLennan.
