Alison Miller is an Operations Manager for RCM&D’s Commercial Lines Department. Alison joined the firm in 2003 and has over 20 years of experience serving clients in the insurance industry.
Alison’s meticulous attention to detail allows her to unravel complex business processes, ensuring that potential issues are identified and addressed with precision. Her proactive communication style fosters a collaborative environment, bridging the gap between technical complexities and the understanding of diverse stakeholders. Coupled with effective time management skills, Alison seamlessly navigates multiple projects, consistently delivering results on schedule and exceeding expectations.
Alison joined RCM&D as a Technical Assistant and has progressed to take on a variety of different roles within the company. By assuming diversified positions, she has gained valuable expertise in various areas of the business and continues to support growth across the organization in her role as Operations Manager.
