Ben Bohonowicz currently serves as the Director of our Employee Benefits Division. In his role, Ben delivers strategic guidance and pioneering perspectives to our Employee Benefits teams. He drives the delivery of collaboration, tailored solutions and resources to aid our existing clients while fostering new client connections.

Ben excels in crafting alternative funding approaches that integrate cutting-edge solutions to enhance the quality, access and cost effectiveness of healthcare. With a keen eye on contemporary trends and legislative dynamics shaping healthcare costs, he is deeply committed to staying informed on industry and regulatory developments.

Ben is a licensed Life & Health Advisor and a Certified Healthcare Reform Specialist^®. His insights and perspectives have been sought after by industry publications such as BenefitsPro, where he has shared his knowledge of benefits technology, non-insurance employee perks, voluntary insurance products and other critical topics shaping the benefits arena. Ben is also an Accredited Advisor of the Health Rosetta, an organization of mission-aligned advisors establishing the blueprint for high-performance health plans.

Prior to joining the firm, Ben served as an Account Executive at PSA Insurance & Financial Services and as a Benefits Broker at Northwestern Mutual.
