Candice Slowik

As Director of RCM&D’s Employee Benefits Division, Candice Slowik leads the development and implementation of operational strategies that enhance the effectiveness of our benefits team. She drives key initiatives, including managing P&L reporting, overseeing budgeting and systems policies, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality employee benefits programs.

Beyond driving business strategy, Candice leads the division’s culture and development strategy, spearheading recruitment, onboarding and training initiatives to foster an inclusive, high-performing workplace. Her commitment to employee development and inclusivity was recognized in 2023 by Color Magazine. Candice has cultivated a dedicated team that is passionate about helping people navigate the complex world of benefits, resulting in exceptional client satisfaction.

Prior to joining the firm, Candice held leadership roles at two top brokerage firms in Maryland.
