Client Manager
With over 25 years of industry experience, Caprisa serves as the lead account manager for a multitude of healthcare clients. In this role, Caprisa assists clients in all aspects of their program administration and management, including marketing and day-to-day service.
Prior to joining RCM&D, Caprisa held several underwriting positions with increasing responsibility, including underwriting manager for an insurance agency and underwriting specialist with a large direct market company.
Marketing
- Serves as the contact for the inHealth Risk Purchasing Group created for member physicians/practices in securing professional liability coverage
- Assists in developing internal marketing materials
- Works with physicians/practices to review their insurance needs
- Compiles rating and claim information for market bids
- Attends and exhibits at state medical conferences
Account Management
- Markets new business
- Serves as liaison between client and carrier
- Develops tailored insurance solutions to meet the specifics needs of the client
- Summarizes and analyzes claim and rating information for renewal and market bids
- Processes program changes and updates
- Advises clients of terms and conditions for each policy
