Team Leader, Personal Lines
Carole Hoover, Personal Lines Team Leader, has been with the firm since 2001. She partners with business owners and officers, as well as those with multi-state or other challenging requirements. Carole leverages decades of experience and expertise navigating insurance laws, compliance and customer service.
Carole leads a dedicated client service team, focusing on our commercial clients and their complex personal policies. She helps her clients uncover risks and exposures to provide options and solutions as part of a comprehensive insurance plan.
