With more than 15 years of experience in the surety industry, she specializes in delivering customized contract and commercial surety programs designed to meet the unique needs of a diverse client base. Her leadership ensures every engagement is backed by exceptional service and a commitment to excellence.

In her role, Courtney oversees sales, service and marketing efforts to provide tailored solutions and exceptional client experiences while cultivating strong carrier relationships and driving growth strategies. Recognized for her ability to develop innovative, strategic solutions, Courtney works closely with clients to navigate complex challenges and achieve long-term success. Prior to joining the firm, Courtney managed large, complex surety portfolios, including Fortune 500 companies, multi-carrier accounts, federal contractors, and emerging businesses during her tenure as a Surety Director at national insurance brokerages. Courtney plays an active role in the surety and construction communities, holding multiple leadership positions that advance industry best practices.
