Curtis Lawyer, REBC

Curtis Lawyer is a Client Advisor within our Employee Benefits department, bringing more than 25 years of experience in the industry and over two decades in advisory roles.

For more than 20 years, Curtis has worked with employers to improve outcomes, control costs and create better experiences for employees. Curtis is a Registered Employee Benefits Consultant (REBC) and holds a Life and Health Consultant license in Virginia. Known for his collaborative approach, Curtis works closely with clients and internal teams to design benefits programs that align with organizational goals and meet the needs of diverse workforces and their families.

Before joining the firm, he served as an Employee Benefits Advisor at Leahy Consulting Services. His career includes leadership roles with independent firms, a large national insurance agency, and a regional TPA and provider network for employer-sponsored health plans.
