Dan is the Director of Sales at RCM&D. With Dan’s desire to work closely with the local business community to help them understand, assess, and manage their risks, he excels in this position.
With Dan’s Leadership, RCM&D has doubled its agency revenue, maintained its status as a Reagan & Associates Best Practices Agency and was named 2022 Top Insurance Employers by Insurance Business America.
Dan’s main responsibilities for the agency are overall growth and execution of RCM&D’s vision, as well as providing organizational direction and leadership in areas of strategic planning and sales leadership.
