Dave Russell is a Risk Advisor in the Commercial Lines division at RCM&D. With a background spanning both the carrier and brokerage sides of the insurance industry, he brings a strategic, client-first approach to risk management and insurance solutions.

Dave specializes in property and casualty insurance, with extensive experience in industries such as manufacturing, construction, education, human services and commercial real estate. Dave is skilled in coverage analysis, risk mitigation strategy and marketing placement across major lines, including workers’ compensation, property, general liability, auto, umbrella and executive risk products such as cyber, EPLI and D&O.

Known for his consultative style and strong relationship-building skills, Dave collaborates closely with clients, internal teams and carrier partners to deliver tailored programs that align with each organization’s unique goals and risk profile. His proactive and responsive service approach ensures clients receive informed guidance and dependable support at every stage.

Prior to joining the firm, Dave held positions at Brown & Brown, Philadelphia Insurance Companies and Marsh & McLennan.
