Dylan Pinsky

Dylan joined RCM&D’s Personal Lines Division as a Risk Advisor in February 2025, bringing over a year of experience in the personal lines insurance industry, as well as home improvement sales and title work.

As a Risk Advisor, Dylan works with clients to navigate their unique exposures and complex personal lines insurance needs. He is a reliable communicator with strong organizational, problem solving and analytical skills. Dylan is able to handle challenges and competing demands while maintaining attention to quality and detail, providing exceptional customer service every step of the way.

Before joining RCM&D, Dylan served as an Insurance Producer/Client Relations Manager at Premier Financial/NIV Advisors.
