Ellen Henry, AIC, AINS, SCLA

Ellen Henry joined RCM&D in 2022 and currently serves as a Claim Consultant. Ellen blends 20 plus years of experience with an approach that puts clients first.

In her current role, Ellen assists clients through the entire claims cycle. Her duties range from analyzing loss trends and identifying cost drivers to implementing solutions designed to reduce and/or eliminate repeat exposures and positively impact claims outcomes.

Ellen is a licensed P&C Adjuster and holds her Associate in General Insurance (AINS), Associate in Claims (AIC) and Senior Claim Law Associate (SCLA) designations.

Before joining RCM&D, Ellen worked for 20 years within the insurance industry, predominantly in liability/bodily injury. She has handled litigated claims for multiple lines of business and subrogation.
