Flo Williams

Flo Williams joined RCM&D in 2021 and currently works as a Client Manager out of the firm’s Washington DC office. With over 15 years of experience in the insurance realm, Flo approaches client service with enthusiasm and adaptability to tackle any issue head-on.

In her current role, Flo is responsible for managing the RCM&D client service cycle, monitoring timeframes and meeting important deadlines. She is critical in maintaining and developing accounts by helping clients find the best and most cost-effective insurance coverages tailored to their needs.

Flo has her Property & Casualty license in Maryland, Pennsylvania, Virginia and the District of Columbia.

Before joining RCM&D, Flo worked in a similar role at Marsh.
