Grant Garza, AFSB

Grant Garza serves as the firm’s Surety Growth Leader within the Sales and Surety departments. He brings a strong background in surety advisory services, along with a practical understanding of how bonding strategies support business growth and financial stability. Grant is known for his ability to align surety solutions with client objectives and for his collaborative approach across teams.

In his role, Grant works closely with producers, account teams and clients to develop and expand surety programs that support organizational goals. His work focuses on helping clients navigate the complexities of the surety marketplace, including bonding capacity, underwriting expectations and financial positioning. By maintaining strong relationships with carriers and internal stakeholders, Grant helps deliver thoughtful guidance and coordinated solutions that enhance client outcomes. He also contributes to organizational growth initiatives and supports strategic efforts to strengthen the firm’s surety presence in key markets.

Prior to joining the firm, Grant served as a Surety Bond Advisor with AssuredPartners, a Gallagher Company, where he worked with clients to structure and maintain bond programs in collaboration with underwriters and financial stakeholders.
