Hilary Millspaugh

Hilary Millspaugh brings over 15 years of industry experience to the Unison Risk Solutions team. She currently serves as the team’s Chief Operating Officer and Director of Data Consulting, overseeing day-to-day operations and ensuring that all systems, resources and team members are aligned to achieve the goals of the firm and its clients.

Hilary has an extensive background in third-party administration, claim and risk management systems, and data consulting. She has experience in software project management, implementation and global support across various business lines, including workers’ compensation, property, general liability, professional liability and more.

In her current role, Hilary’s responsibilities include assisting in the hiring and continued training of employees, supporting and servicing clients, managing procedures and policies, and coaching team members. She is also responsible for implementing company strategies into daily operations to meet objectives and ensuring all operations run smoothly. Additionally, Hilary helps clients harness the power of data to drive informed decision-making and improve risk management outcomes. She guides the development and implementation of customized data strategies, analytics solutions and reporting tools tailored to each client’s unique needs. As a member of Unison Risk Solutions’ executive management team, Hilary works closely with the President and CEO to drive operational results.

Hilary began her insurance career with the firm from 2007 to 2010, serving as a Project Manager and Business Analyst. Before returning to the team in 2016, she served as Senior Manager of Support at Aon eSolutions (currently Ventiv Technology) and as a Solutions Architect at Systema Software, LLC (currently Insurity).
