Hilary Millspaugh brings over 15 years of industry experience and expertise to the SISCO team. She currently serves the team as SISCO’s Chief Operating Officer, responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations and ensuring that all systems, resources and team members are in place to achieve the goals of the firm and its clients.
Hilary specializes in third-party administrator operations and offers a substantial background in claim and risk management systems. She has experience in software project management, implementation, and global support across various business lines, including workers’ compensation, property, general liability, professional liability and more.
In her current role, Hilary’s responsibilities include but are not limited to, assisting in the hiring and continued training of employees, supporting and servicing clients, managing SISCO procedures and policies, and coaching team members. Hilary is also responsible for implementing company strategies into daily operations to meet SISCO’s objectives and ensuring all operations run smoothly. As a member of SISCO’s executive management team, Hilary works closely with the President and CEO to drive operational results.
Hilary began her insurance career at SISCO, serving as a Project Manager and Business Analyst from 2007 to 2010. Before returning to SISCO in 2016, she served as Senior Manager of Support at Aon eSolutions (currently Ventiv Technology) and as a Solutions Architect at Systema Software, LLC (currently Insurity).
