Ibbie Hedrick-Britton

Ibbie joined RCM&D in 2014 and currently serves as the firm’s Director of Compliance.  

In her current role, Ibbie oversees the RCM&D and Unison Risk Advisors compliance program. Her responsibilities include insurance brokerage compliance, retirement plan services compliance, employee benefits, HIPPA and ERISA, business function compliance, employment law compliance, and privacy and IT security compliance. She also supports errors & omissions risk reduction efforts. 

Ibbie has an Associate in Insurance Supervisory Management and is licensed in Property & Casualty, Life and Health Insurance. 

Before joining RCM&D, Ibbie worked for the Commonwealth of Virginia as Deputy Chief of Staff in the Office of the Lieutenant Governor.
