Jessica Dunn joined RCM&D in 2021 as a Client Executive, working primarily with education clients. She currently serves in the role of Client Service Team Leader.
In her current role, Jessica leads a client service team and serves as her clients’ primary contact while also providing exposure analysis, renewal strategies and help with their execution, claims/risk consulting services, and stewardship/strategic planning. Combining a creative approach to tackling insurance needs with a collaborative, team-first attitude, Jessica is a reliable problem-solver clients can trust.
Jessica is an active member of the Junior League of Washington and volunteers at the Literacy Lab at DC General. She has her Property & Casualty insurance license.
Before joining RCM&D, Jessica worked for several national firms. This includes time at CNA Insurance as an Underwriting Specialist.
